Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT PMO Center of Excellence Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the IT PMO Center of Excellence vision, strategy, and roadmap
• Establish and maintain the PMO operating model, including portfolio management and project execution
• Ensure alignment between IT strategy, business priorities, and investment outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in IT, Project Management, or Business Management
• Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) required
• Minimum 5-8 years of experience as a PMO leader in the IT sector
• Experience in leading large teams and managing complex IT projects
• Extensive experience with project lifecycle management and stakeholder engagement
