Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Senior Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of project managers, defining roles and processes for effective program delivery
• Implement governance standards and oversee project tracking, resource prioritization, and reporting
• Drive adoption of AI tools to enhance project management efficiency and support continuous improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Project Management, Business Management, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 8-10 years of program/portfolio planning and management experience
• 15+ years of direct IT project management experience, including managing multiple projects and leading teams
• PMP or PMP-ACP certification required
• Strong IT Agile experience and proficiency with project management tools
