PMP Certified IT Project Manager

Job Summary

Overseeing the planning and execution of technology projects, the full-time hybrid IT PMO Project Manager will ensure alignment with organizational strategy, manage project governance, and support the Senior Director of PMO while maintaining project documentation and stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate multiple IT projects through all phases of the lifecycle while adhering to PMO methodologies
• Develop integrated project plans, resource estimates, and lead project status meetings to track deliverables
• Serve as the primary communication bridge between project teams, IT leadership, and business stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field
• 6+ years of IT project management experience, preferably within a PMO or enterprise IT environment
• PMP Certification Required
• Demonstrated success managing complex, cross-functional technology projects using standardized methodologies
• Proficiency with project management and productivity tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Jira)
