PMP Certified IT Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading large, complex projects in a primarily remote setting, the full-time salaried PMP Certified IT Project Manager will manage project deliverables, mentor junior PMs, and ensure alignment with business goals while utilizing both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, ensuring timely completion of deliverables and adherence to budget and quality standards
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and mentor project teams on Agile principles to drive project success and continuous improvement
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, providing clear communication and updates throughout the project lifecycle

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Clinical field, Business, or related field, or 4 years of related experience in lieu of a degree
• 7 years of experience in leading projects, with a preference for IT or healthcare backgrounds
• PMP Certification or Advanced Certified ScrumMaster upon hire is required
• Experience with both Waterfall and Agile project delivery methodologies
• Proven ability to mentor junior project managers and lead enterprise-level initiatives
