PMP Certified OCM Consultant

Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the full-time Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant will drive the adoption of new technologies and processes across a heavily remote workforce while managing change management activities throughout the full lifecycle of complex system implementations.

Key responsibilities

• Drive work-stream delivery through the full project lifecycle, ensuring projects meet client schedules, budgets, and scopes
• Develop comprehensive change management strategies tailored to the needs of impacted groups, with a focus on remote workforce engagement
• Execute all relevant project management processes, including risk, resource, and stakeholder management

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Computer Science, or a related discipline
• PMP Certification
• 5-7 years of experience in big 4 consulting and full system implementation lifecycles
• 3-5 years of strategic OCM leadership experience
• 2+ years of experience in global or enterprise-level transformation programs
