Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of project managers in planning, capacity management, and performance development
• Enforce portfolio governance including scope controls, financial oversight, and risk mitigation
• Drive revenue and resource forecasting in collaboration with Finance and Services leadership

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of management experience in Professional Services or PMO environments
• Experience implementing complex enterprise contact center platforms
• Ability to operate independently and align with corporate strategy
• Active PMP certification
• Knowledge of AI-driven solutions including chatbots and voice bots
