Job Summary

Leading a high-performing team, the remote PMP Certified PMO Manager will oversee the successful delivery of customer projects across various technology practices while establishing project governance, resource management strategies, and operational best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop a team of Senior Project Managers, Project Managers, and Project Coordinators, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
• Oversee the delivery of customer projects, monitoring portfolio health and ensuring consistent application of project management processes
• Develop and implement PMO standards and methodologies, driving operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Project Management, Engineering, or a related discipline
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required
• 8+ years of experience leading Project Management teams within Professional Services or related organizations
• Demonstrated success delivering complex technology implementation projects across multiple technical disciplines
• Strong knowledge of waterfall, hybrid, and agile project delivery methodologies
