PMP Certified PMO Team Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a PMO Team Lead to provide leadership and operational guidance to Project Managers while ensuring high-quality client delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Project Managers, establishing clear expectations for delivery quality and accountability
• Ensure adherence to PMO standards and methodologies, and drive accountability for project delivery
• Identify and implement improvements in PMO processes, tools, and workflows

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of project/program management experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's in Business or related field preferred
• PMP certification required; PgMP or PMI-PBA preferred
• Experience with PMO tools and delivery methodologies, particularly Agile and Propel
• Experience managing or supporting Sage Intacct implementations strongly preferred
