PMP Certified Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager to oversee Federal Real Property management and lead complex projects within DHS or DoD.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and direct complex engagements or projects involving property acquisition, asset optimization, and compliance with federal regulations
• Manage large-scale initiatives requiring coordination across multiple teams and stakeholders
• Drive programmatic success and organizational change through effective leadership

Required Qualifications

• At least 15 years of experience with DHS or DoD
• Minimum 10 years focused on Federal Real Property management
• MA or MS in Management, Engineering, or Business/Financial related field
• PMP certification required
• Public Trust security clearance required
