Job Summary

PMP Certified Program Manager, responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of enterprise-level growth programs in a full-time capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage integrated program plans and ensure alignment with customer and business needs
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver multiple enterprise-level programs while maintaining accountability for project success
• Perform financial management, resource allocation, and risk analysis to support program execution

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in leading complex, cross-functional programs
• Proven experience in facilities-driven or capital-intensive initiatives
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is required
• Expertise in applying PMI standards across the project lifecycle
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
