Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Project & Program COE.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee enterprise project and program management activities, ensuring effective prioritization and communication
• Lead continuous improvement efforts for project management maturity and implement the Project & Program Center of Excellence
• Serve as supervising project leader for critical projects with enterprise-wide impact

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or a relevant field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a global business environment focused on planning
• PMP certification required; other related IT and Agile credentials preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of people management experience
• Experience in an agile, dynamic, and customer-centric environment
