PMP Certified Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Program Manager to serve as the primary interface with a federal client and lead technical operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure overall productivity and operational effectiveness through continuous improvement and resource utilization
• Ensure compliance with federal government regulations and mandates
• Schedule and conduct weekly meetings with the development team and government client to review project status

Required Qualifications

• US Citizen
• Secret Clearance required
• Master's degree (or MBA) in strategic/change management, business administration or equivalent
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• A minimum of ten (10) years of experience in project management related to military human resource management
