PMP Certified Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Program Manager to oversee new product development programs in a remote/hybrid setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute complex new product development programs involving multi-functional projects
• Prepare and maintain Design History Files and ensure readiness for audits
• Manage program budgets, assess risks, and provide regular updates to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field; MS or MBA preferred
• 8 years of experience in Class 3 medical device industry; international experience required
• 10 years of experience in R&D, engineering, program management, or manufacturing operations
• PMP Certification required; Six Sigma and/or Agile PP certification preferred
• Formal training in program management is a plus
