PMP Certified Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enterprise Program Manager to lead a significant organizational restructure for a global client.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of a global enterprise restructure, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical roadmaps
• Partner with Enterprise Architects to document current states and design scalable blueprints that optimize business processes
• Oversee a large-scale Salesforce migration/consolidation, ensuring data integrity and high user adoption

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years in Program Management, with at least 5 years leading enterprise-level transformations
• Strong understanding of Enterprise Architecture frameworks and the Salesforce platform
• PMP or PgMP certification required; Salesforce certifications or an MBA preferred
• Experience in configuration and change management
• Solid understanding of system engineering and integration methodologies
