PMP Certified Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager to lead and oversee execution of the Navy Medicine Improvement Sciences Program.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead execution of enterprise-wide project portfolios and establish standardized project management frameworks
• Provide strategic guidance to improve operational efficiency and lead cross-functional teams
• Oversee implementation of Lean Six Sigma methodologies and manage project lifecycle activities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or related field
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (required)
• Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience post-PMP certification
• Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-site programs and project portfolios
• Strong knowledge of project and portfolio management methodologies and Lean Six Sigma frameworks
