PMP Certified Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager to lead multiple complex SDLC projects and manage a small team of direct reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee multiple full SDLC projects, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction
• Mentor less experienced project managers and drive PMO standardization across the organization
• Support sales initiatives and maintain strong client relationships to drive account growth

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project/program management or directly relevant experience
• PMP certification required
• DASM or equivalent agile certification required
• Additional PM skills certification required
• Manager Training completion required
