PMP Certified Program Manager

Job Summary

To oversee internal business projects and programs, the full-time remote Senior Program Manager will manage cross-functional teams, direct project schedules and budgets, and ensure successful project delivery while engaging with external vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Plans, directs, and monitors projects from inception through delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals
• Communicates with stakeholders to transform needs into functional requirements and provides recommendations for process improvements
• Creates and manages project documentation, including business requirements, test plans, and user training materials

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 7-9 years of relevant experience in project/program management
• PMP Certification (and/or comparable coursework)
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and external vendors
• Strong background in developing and executing project plans and schedules
