Job Summary

To support cross-functional program management needs in healthcare, the part-time PMP Certified Program Manager will lead planning and execution of complex initiatives, drive implementation in specific markets, and coordinate stakeholder alignment remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of cross-functional programs and workstreams
• Serve as an implementation lead for specific markets, driving execution of program playbooks
• Facilitate meetings and ensure alignment across market and national stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred
• PMP certification required
• 5-8+ years of program/project management experience
• Experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed environment
• Strong organizational skills and ability to operate independently
