Job Summary

Leading a team of project management professionals, the full-time Senior Manager Program Management - Payment will oversee program delivery for payment-related initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives while fostering team development and collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of project managers, providing performance guidance and career development support
• Provide oversight for complex payment-related programs, managing timelines, risks, and resource allocation
• Serve as a primary point of contact for senior stakeholders, effectively communicating program status and outcomes

Required qualifications

• 8+ years in program or transformation leadership in complex, matrixed environments
• Bachelor's degree highly preferred; master's degree preferred
• PMP or comparable certification required
• Demonstrated experience leading and developing teams, including performance management
• Strong experience leading cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders
