Job Summary
To support a federal mission focused on healthcare and benefits, the full-time remote PMP Certified Program Manager will lead program management activities, oversee operations and performance, and ensure effective stakeholder coordination.
Key responsibilities
- Lead program management activities for assigned federal programs, ensuring effective execution of objectives and deliverables
- Oversee program operations and performance, evaluating outcomes and coordinating with internal and external organizations
- Manage program reporting requirements to ensure accurate and timely submission of reports and documentation
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- PMP certified (active) or Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification required
- 10+ years of experience overseeing or managing large-scale programs
- 5+ years of experience managing staff and personnel
- Hands-on experience with contract administration and knowledge of DoD policies and procedures
