To ensure high-quality execution across federal and commercial contracts, the full-time salaried PMP Certified Project Delivery Director will provide strategic leadership, establish scalable delivery practices, and oversee team management in a fully remote environment.

Required qualifications

• Active Project Management Institute's Project Management Professional (PMP) certification with 10+ years of certification history
• Bachelor's degree in a health, technical, or management field
• Expert knowledge of project management principles, particularly in federal contracting environments
• Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing high-performing cross-functional teams
• Extensive experience in federal government contracting and delivery organizations
