PMP Certified Project Director

Job Summary

PMP Certified Project Director, responsible for leading enterprise-wide project delivery for complex healthcare and technology initiatives in a full-time remote role.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the project delivery organization, including PMO Managers, Project Managers, and Project Schedulers
• Define and enforce project delivery frameworks and methodologies to ensure quality and consistency
• Oversee project portfolio execution, aligning initiatives with enterprise strategy and providing insights to senior leadership

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 10+ years of progressive project management experience, with at least 5+ years managing project teams
• PMP certification required (may be waived with sufficient experience)
• Experience working with global teams and setting up PMO teams in other locations
• Master's degree preferred in Business, Healthcare, IT, or related field
