Job Summary
Leading a team of project managers, the full-time salaried PMP Certified Project Director will oversee internal business projects and programs, manage project schedules and budgets, and ensure successful delivery of business solutions in a healthcare environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage multiple projects and cross-functional teams to deliver strategic initiatives
- Develop comprehensive project documentation, including business requirements, project plans, and status reports
- Provide leadership and direction in applying project management best practices and achieving departmental goals
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; equivalent experience may be considered
- 7+ years of project management experience
- 7+ years of system implementation experience
- 7+ years of managed care experience
- PMP certification required
