PMP Certified Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Enterprise Business Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinates, plans, documents, and manages complex projects from concept to delivery
• Prepares and delivers executive-level updates and maintains project plans, schedules, and resource requirements
• Conducts post-project reviews to capture learnings and identifies areas for improvement

Required Qualifications

• 8 to 10+ years of experience as a Project/Program Manager
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required; Lean Six Sigma or agile certification preferred
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• Knowledge of the benefits industry is preferred
• Able to build trust and facilitate collaboration among stakeholders
