PMP Certified Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead and deliver high-impact initiatives within the Project Management Office (PMO).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and final delivery
• Lead and coordinate multiple concurrent projects within a PMO and matrixed organizational structure
• Serve as the primary bridge between technical teams and business units to ensure alignment and clarity

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (required)
• Minimum of 5+ years of project management experience within a PMO
• Demonstrated experience working in a matrixed organizational structure
• Industry experience in higher education or IT skilling/upskilling
• Proficiency in project management software; Smartsheet experience strongly preferred
