PMP Certified Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Services Project Manager, CX.

Key Responsibilities

• Own full lifecycle project delivery from planning through execution to closure, ensuring adherence to project management best practices
• Build and develop detailed project plans based on customer requirements and implementation team deliverables
• Track action items, enforce accountability across stakeholders, and report on project financials

Required Qualifications

• University/Bachelor's degree, with PMP Certification
• Minimum 5+ years of project management experience in Cloud Transformation or CCaaS implementations within a Telecoms environment
• Proven track record managing multiple projects concurrently
• Experience serving as the primary client contact and comfortable working with technical teams
• Proficient in MS Project, Jira, Asana, or Smartsheet
