PMP Certified Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager to independently manage the full lifecycle of small and medium-complexity SDLC projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage 3+ full SDLC projects, including planning, execution, and client interactions
• Oversee project financial metrics and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Lead and mentor a team of 1-3 direct reports while contributing to sales and business development efforts

Qualifications & Certifications

• 5+ years of project management or directly relevant experience
• PMP certification required
• DASM or equivalent agile certification required
• Completion of Crucial Conversations, Everything DiSC Workplace, and Situational Leadership training
• Experience delivering Lunch & Learn and RED Talk sessions
