Job Summary
A company is looking for an experienced Organizational Change Manager (OCM)/Project Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform process assessments and conduct AS-Is and To-Be analysis
- Develop OCM plans and change strategies, including resistance mitigation and readiness communication
- Create and implement stakeholder management frameworks and communication strategies
Required Qualifications
- Five years of extensive experience applying Project Management principles, with three years in a lead capacity
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Valid Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or Agile certifications
- Five years of experience supporting organizational change tied to IT system implementations
- Current Prosci Organizational Change Management Certification
