Job Summary

A company is looking for an experienced Organizational Change Manager (OCM)/Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform process assessments and conduct AS-Is and To-Be analysis
  • Develop OCM plans and change strategies, including resistance mitigation and readiness communication
  • Create and implement stakeholder management frameworks and communication strategies
Required Qualifications
  • Five years of extensive experience applying Project Management principles, with three years in a lead capacity
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Valid Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or Agile certifications
  • Five years of experience supporting organizational change tied to IT system implementations
  • Current Prosci Organizational Change Management Certification
