Job Summary

To support multiple IT and infrastructure projects remotely, the full-time Technical Project Manager (Infrastructure) will manage customer-focused engagements, ensuring alignment across teams, monitoring project timelines, and driving successful outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Direct multiple active IT and infrastructure projects from planning through completion
• Partner with technical teams and clients to ensure project alignment and progress
• Build and maintain timelines, track budgets, and provide updates to stakeholders

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in IT project management, preferably in infrastructure
• PMP Certification is required
• Proven ability to manage concurrent projects with competing deadlines
• Strong background in client-facing project leadership and financial oversight
• Experience with project tracking tools, such as Smartsheet
