PMP Certified Project Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a PMP Certified Project Manager, the full-time remote Lead Client Services Project Manager, CX will manage high visibility software and AI/GenAI projects, ensuring alignment with scope and customer expectations while providing strategic direction and communication to executive leadership.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage project plans, schedules, and all core project documentation for complex customer-facing initiatives
• Drive ownership and accountability while guiding teams through the project lifecycle and mentoring project managers
• Provide clear communication with executive leadership and manage escalations with professionalism and urgency

Required qualifications:

• 8+ years of project management experience leading complex software delivery projects
• Proven success in managing end-to-end delivery using Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies
• Experience in delivering technical, SaaS, and AI/GenAI projects
• Advanced proficiency in project management and reporting tools (e.g., MS Project, Salesforce, Power BI)
• PMP certification required
