Job Summary
To support sales transformation priorities, the full-time temporary PMP Certified Project Manager will coordinate project activities, manage complex initiatives, and ensure effective communication across cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate project activities to ensure timely completion and provide logistical support
- Lead and manage programs related to sales transformation, including org redesign and go-to-market strategy
- Develop executive-ready communications and track execution across initiatives, surfacing risks and mitigation plans
Required qualifications
- Associate's Degree or higher
- PMP Certification preferred
- 5+ years of experience in program management, strategy operations, or chief of staff functions
- Proficiency with collaboration tools such as Google Workspace, Smartsheet, and Jira
- Experience in managing complex, cross-functional initiatives with senior stakeholders
