Job Summary

To drive large-scale healthcare IT implementations, the contract Project Manager will define project strategies, manage the full project lifecycle, and proactively identify risks while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Define project strategies and drive execution for healthcare IT implementations
• Manage the full project lifecycle, including planning, execution, and transition to maintenance/operations
• Communicate effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders, providing regular status updates

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of IT Project Management experience
• 2+ years of direct client-facing experience
• 2+ years of hands-on experience across the full System Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification (mandatory)
• Experience managing projects within a State Medicaid agency or large healthcare organization
