PMP Certified Project Manager

Job Summary

To lead complex, cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment, the contract Project Manager will manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating with executive leadership, internal teams, and external vendors while working remotely in Florida.

Key responsibilities

• Lead large, cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders and vendors
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and risk trackers
• Prepare executive-level project status reports and facilitate project meetings

Required qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of Project Management experience
• PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification required
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with numerous stakeholders
• Previous Project Coordination or PMO experience
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Project or comparable software
