Job Summary

Leading enterprise IT operations, the full-time salaried PMP Certified Project Manager will oversee infrastructure, systems, databases, and network operations while managing Tier II and Tier III application support in a globally distributed federal environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead infrastructure and operations across systems, databases, networks, and applications
• Oversee Tier II and Tier III support, ensuring SLA adherence and rapid incident resolution
• Manage global environments including data centers, cloud, and hybrid platforms

Required qualifications

• Active PMP certification
• Active Top Secret (TS) clearance
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
• 12+ years of work experience with 7+ years in project or program management
• 7+ years managing infrastructure, systems, database, and network operations across multiple locations
