Job Summary
Owning project execution for the DocUpdate team, the full-time PMP Certified Project Manager will manage multiple concurrent workstreams, ensuring alignment and timely delivery while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote or onsite environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own end-to-end project management across multiple DocUpdate initiatives, ensuring projects remain on schedule and stakeholders stay aligned
- Coordinate concurrent workstreams, proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and blockers while balancing competing priorities
- Introduce scalable project management practices and tools to improve execution and visibility across the organization
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- PMP Certification (required)
- 3+ years of corporate project management experience with ownership of complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Proven ability to independently lead projects with minimal oversight
- Experience managing projects involving Product, Engineering, Legal, Operations, and Finance teams
