PMP Certified Project Manager

Job Summary

Serving as the primary point of contact throughout the implementation lifecycle, the full-time salaried Project Manager II, Implementations will manage multiple project initiatives, coordinate client onboarding in a healthcare environment, and assist with escalated customer issues remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, coordinate, and deliver multiple project implementation initiatives through phased processes
• Prepare and conduct client kick-off meetings to establish project management schedules and priorities
• Oversee project status reporting and escalations while participating in cross-functional process improvement initiatives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 7+ years of relevant project management experience
• 7+ years of experience with client onboarding in a healthcare environment
• 2+ years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role
• Project Manager Professional (PMP) Certification
