PMP Certified Release Manager

Job Summary

To support a website enhancement and redesign initiative, the remote contract PMP Certified Release Manager will manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring a unified customer experience across web and mobile platforms while overseeing cross-team dependencies and stakeholder communications.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the website enhancement and redesign initiative to improve user experience and member value
• Drive a unified customer experience across platforms, ensuring feature parity between web and mobile applications
• Manage end-to-end governance, including planning, tracking, and execution of projects using Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid approaches

Required qualifications

• A four-year college degree is required
• Seven or more years of Project Management experience, including leading mobile or web-based projects
• PMP Certification is required
• Strong capabilities in budget management and financial tracking
• Experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
