Job Summary
To support Johns Hopkins University Special Projects operations, the part-time PMP Certified Schedule Analyst will create and manage integrated master schedules, develop recurring schedules, and facilitate analysis of partner business cases while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the JHU Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and special schedule what-if scenarios
- Interface with project stakeholders to communicate and integrate technical data and milestones
- Train personnel in the use of scheduling software and assist leadership in developing strategic data products
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Systems Engineering, Business, or a related scientific/technical discipline
- Minimum of 5 years' experience using various scheduling software tools, including MS Project and Smartsheet
- PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification is required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Project and Microsoft Visio
- Fluency in American English, both written and spoken, with strong technical report writing skills
