PMP Certified Schedule Analyst

Job Summary

To support Johns Hopkins University Special Projects operations, the part-time PMP Certified Schedule Analyst will create and manage integrated master schedules, develop recurring schedules, and facilitate analysis of partner business cases while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and manage the JHU Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and special schedule what-if scenarios
• Interface with project stakeholders to communicate and integrate technical data and milestones
• Train personnel in the use of scheduling software and assist leadership in developing strategic data products

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Systems Engineering, Business, or a related scientific/technical discipline
• Minimum of 5 years' experience using various scheduling software tools, including MS Project and Smartsheet
• PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification is required
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Project and Microsoft Visio
• Fluency in American English, both written and spoken, with strong technical report writing skills
