Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Program Manager, Enterprise Growth & Capital Programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure project requirements and objectives are clearly defined and aligned with customer needs
• Develop and manage integrated program plans using PMI standards, ensuring successful execution and delivery
• Lead cross-functional teams and serve as the primary interface with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional, enterprise-level programs
• Proven experience with facilities-driven or capital-intensive initiatives
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is required
• Demonstrated expertise in applying PMI standards across the full project lifecycle
• Experience supporting product launches or large-scale growth initiatives
