PMP Certified Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Project Manager responsible for leading the coordination, planning, documentation, and management of medium to complex projects from initiation to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop project charters, manage project life cycles, and oversee resource allocation
• Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring consistent communication and managing project risks
• Analyze business processes for improvement and lead continuous improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of experience as a Project Manager
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required; Lean Six Sigma (LSS) preferred
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• Knowledge of the benefits industry and service operations functions preferred
• Proficiency in continuous improvement tools and frameworks such as DMAIC and process mapping
