PMP Certified Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead the implementation and management of DARPA's Portfolio Optimization Framework.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of the Portfolio Optimization Framework and establish standardized processes across DARPA IT initiatives
• Define program-level controls to reduce fragmentation and ensure governed workflows
• Coordinate with cybersecurity stakeholders to enable continuous RMF evidence collection and streamline the Authority to Operate (ATO) process

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 10+ years of relevant leadership experience in managing large, complex IT systems development projects
• PMP certification required
• Top Secret clearance required
• Additional certifications in SAFe, ITIL, and related methodologies preferred
