Job Summary

Bringing a consulting mindset to client engagements, the full-time remote PMP Certified Senior Project Manager will manage multiple concurrent enterprise implementations, ensuring delivery quality, client satisfaction, and effective stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, leading meetings and managing expectations on project scope, timeline, and budget
  • Own end-to-end delivery accountability, including project governance, risk management, and financial oversight
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior project managers to ensure successful client outcomes and adherence to best practices
Required qualifications
  • Active PMP Certification or equivalent (e.g., PRINCE2)
  • 8-10 years of experience leading complex, full-lifecycle enterprise software implementations
  • Proven track record in client-facing professional services or implementation consulting roles
  • Experience managing multiple projects in a matrixed environment
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage executive-level stakeholders effectively
