PMP Certified Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

To ensure the successful delivery of large-scale, highly complex projects, the full-time Senior Project Manager will manage project delivery resources, provide leadership and mentorship, and oversee the implementation of standardized project management methodologies in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee project delivery teams and ensure adherence to budget, schedule, scope, and quality standards
• Identify potential project issues, evaluate solutions, and make recommendations to key project leadership
• Implement communication plans and report overall program status to internal and external stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification required or ability to obtain within 12 months
• Minimum of seven years of project management experience
• Experience in a healthcare setting or relevant leadership and project management expertise
