PMP Certified Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

To support the firm's strategic initiatives, the full-time remote PMP Certified Senior Project Manager will lead the Enterprise Project Management Office, manage complex projects, mentor a team of project management professionals, and establish standards and methodologies for project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and scaling of the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) while ensuring alignment with the firm's strategic objectives
• Oversee end-to-end project delivery on high-visibility initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure business needs are met
• Design and implement standardized project management methodologies and tools, continuously improving processes across the firm

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Project Management, Information Systems, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• PMP certification or equivalent mastery of project management methodology required
• 8+ years of progressive project management experience, including 3 years in a PMO leadership role
• Demonstrated experience in establishing PMO functions, governance frameworks, and resource deployment models
• High proficiency with project management tools such as Smartsheet, Monday.com, MS Project, or Asana
