PMP Certified Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

To support cross-functional business initiatives, the part-time contract Senior Project Manager will lead and execute projects remotely, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget while mentoring junior project managers and managing stakeholder relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, plan, and execute cross-functional projects from initiation to completion, maintaining comprehensive project plans and timelines
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, facilitating communication and alignment with organizational goals
• Provide mentorship and coaching to junior project managers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 7+ years of project management experience with a proven track record of leading business, technology, and/or process improvement projects
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification required
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid approaches
• Proficiency with project management tools including Microsoft Project, Jira, and Smartsheet
