Job Summary
Leading complex ServiceNow implementation projects, the full-time PMP Certified ServiceNow Project Manager will manage project delivery across various product areas, focusing on user adoption and change management strategies, while working remotely within EST hours.
Key responsibilities
- Lead ServiceNow projects across multiple modules including TSOM, CSM, TI, FSM, OSS, and BSS
- Manage project execution, timelines, budgets, scope, and stakeholder communication
- Drive Organizational Change Management initiatives, including stakeholder assessments and communication plans
Required qualifications
- PMP Certification is required; Agile/Scrum certifications are preferred
- 8-12 years of business/IT experience, with at least 5 years leading technology projects
- Experience with ServiceNow projects involving two or more modules: TSOM, CSM, TI, FSM, OSS/BSS
- Strong understanding of change management practices and proven OCM expertise
- Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or a related field is preferred
