PMS Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a FLEX Manager, PMS - FSPMS.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide subject matter expertise on FSPMS to support business initiatives and stakeholders
• Support sustainment efforts and existing hotels with processes and business-related questions
• Collect and prioritize FSPMS automation ideas while collaborating with other property management systems

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 4-year bachelor's degree in Business Administration, hospitality, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of hotel experience or relevant experience using FSPMS
• Experience creating tools in Secure CRT and/or Excel
• Management experience in Rooms Operations at a full-service property is preferred
• Familiarity with other Property Management Systems such as FOSSE, LightSpeed, and Opera is preferred
