Support hotels during the transition to Opera Cloud PMS to ensure efficient service delivery

Deliver and prepare training for hotel staff on the new system

Required Qualifications

4+ years of experience in hospitality management or related fields
2+ years of experience with Opera PMS, including front end and configuration
Experience in delivering and preparing training materials
High school diploma or GED required
