A company is looking for a PMS Productivity Lead to support hotels during the transition to Opera Cloud PMS.

Key Responsibilities

Recommend training on Hyatt's business practices related to Rooms systems
Evaluate system adoption and performance, coordinating with vendors and hosting training sessions
Support project development and conduct User Acceptance Testing for software releases

Required Qualifications

4+ years of experience in hospitality management or related fields
2+ years of experience with Opera PMS, including front end and configuration
Experience in delivering and preparing training
High school diploma/GED required
