Job Summary
To enhance efficiency and performance in medical operations, the full-time P&O Business Partner will drive people strategies, talent management, and change initiatives while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic support and coaching to Associates and Leaders on various P&O matters, including talent acquisition and performance management
- Champion a people-first mindset by training and coaching Associates on P&O initiatives and processes
- Collaborate with leadership teams to develop and execute people planning and retention strategies aligned with operational goals
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience in a P&O or HR business partner role within a large, multi-site organization
- Expertise in talent management, learning and development, and organizational design
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels
